Full Job Description

Simply Uniforms is a busy, well-established Perth uniform supplier. We're looking for an organised, detail-focused person to join our small, hands-on team as our Order Processing Administrator.

You'll be processing customer orders, checking and sorting stock, coordinating decoration and logos, and making sure garments get from supplier to decorator to customer. If you like variety, take pride in getting the details right, and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing a job through from order to delivery, this is for you.

You'll be working directly with the business owner and will be required to pitch in as required due to the size of the team.

The role includes:
- Processing customer orders
- Ordering and checking incoming stock from suppliers
- Sorting and consolidating orders for decoration
- Creating instructions for decoration
- Setting up customer logos in our embroidery software
- Packing and shipping orders, and handling cartons up to 20kg
- Answering customer phone and email enquiries, and keeping them updated on order status and back orders
- Entering supplier invoices into Xero
- Pitching in on other tasks as they arise

What we're looking for:
- Someone with a genuine eye for detail — small errors in this role can become big customer issues.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload once trained.
- Confident computer skills and clear, professional written English for customer emails.
- Previous experience with stock handling or customer service preferred.
- Previous experience with Xero preferred.
- Physically able to move and lift cartons up to 20kg as part of the day-to-day role.
- A reliable, can-do attitude.

No specific academic qualifications are required.

Our office is based in Subiaco with easy access to public transport. Parking is not provided.

Flexible hours or part-time working will be considered for the right candidate.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
