About the role
Kosciuszko Thredbo (KT) operates Thredbo Alpine Resort within Kosciuszko National Park under a Head Lease agreement with National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) (Lessor). The resort offers a range of tourist and visitor accommodation, food and beverage outlets, retail shops and more through sub-lease arrangements.
As the Leasing Manager, you will oversee and coordinate KT’s sub-lease and commercial property portfolio. Working closely with the Property and Development Team, you will ensure the department operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all lease and legal requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong relationships with NPWS, sub-lessees, contractors, and stakeholders across the village, while fostering collaboration between internal departments to enhance overall resort operations. Within your team, you will provide leadership, support, and guidance, working with other supervisors to implement strategies that improve safety, engagement, and productivity.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in lease administration, para-legal, contracts administration, real estate management, property management or related field.
- Class 1 Real Estate Licence desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong administrative skills and high level of attention to detail.
- Proactive, motivated and able to manage competition priorities.
- Experience (or willingness to learn) in property management systems and related computer management accounting systems.
- Experience with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
