The Role
As Swim School Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our afternoon and weekend operations. This is a varied, hands-on role that goes beyond the pool — you will take ownership of opening and closing the facility, delivering lessons, managing enrolments and payments, and ensuring every family has a standout experience.
- Open and close the facility following JUMP! procedures
- Deliver high-quality swim lessons to infants, toddlers, and young children
- Provide friendly, professional reception and customer service
- Process new student enrolments and manage bookings in our system
- Handle customer payments, receipts, and end-of-shift reconciliation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment
- Track and record student progress after every lesson

About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about swimming and dedicated to making children safer around water. You will communicate effectively with students of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds, and you will thrive working independently in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A positive, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills with children and their families
- A reliable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for teaching and water safety
Essential Criteria
- Current Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety certification
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check
-Eligibility to work in Australia
- Availability for afternoon and weekend shifts
Desirable Criteria
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics (or equivalent)
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Aquatics – Access and Inclusion (or equivalent)
- Previous experience teaching babies and toddlers
- Previous customer service, reception, or cash handling experience
