We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Sales Associate to join our team based at our Wetherill Park office. This role is the perfect launching pad for someone hungry to break into residential property sales, offering a direct pathway to progress into a New Homes Consultant role as your skills grow.
As our Sales Associate, you will be a central figure in our sales effectiveness. This role is a unique blend of proactive pipeline management, lead nurturing, and high-level administrative support for our New Homes Consultants. You will learn the industry from the ground up, mastering the "G.J. Way" of selling while helping local families take their very first steps toward building their dream homes.
To succeed in this role, flexibility is key. High earners and top performers in this industry know that weekends are prime time for our clients, so this position requires working Saturdays and Sundays every week, supporting pre-booked appointments and welcoming visitors at our stunning display home located just 10 minutes from the office.

Lead Nurturing: Systematically managing our sales pipeline, picking up the phone to connect with new or old leads, and keeping our CRM data accurate.
Consultant Support: Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and providing essential workflow support to our New Homes Consultants.
Pre-Construction Coordination: Arranging supplier quotes and ordering initial project works such as drafting, engineering, and site surveys.
Proposal Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of detailed quotes and formal building proposals for prospective clients.
Display Home Representation: Welcoming visitors and managing client appointments across the weekend at our nearby display home.
Motivation: You are genuinely excited to build a long-term career and you are motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Building Rapport: You have exceptional communication skills, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone to initiate conversations.
Organisation: A high level of precision when it comes to administrative tasks, data entry, and tracking project files.
Passion for Property: A keen interest in the residential construction industry and a readiness to absorb the technical knowledge needed to become an expert.
Geographic & Schedule Fit: You reside within the Sydney Metro area and are committed to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
