Brell House, located in the heart of St Marys, is a vibrant hospitality venue dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences within the local community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all patrons enjoy a positive and memorable experience.
Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including correct cash handling procedures.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across all areas of the venue.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional service delivery.
Manage customer enquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professionalism at all times.
Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills.
Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every shift.
Communicate effectively with patrons, peers, and management.
Uphold service and procedural standards within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Be available to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate essential.
