Lead a high-performing Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional critical care while inspiring and supporting a dedicated nursing workforce.

Provide clinical and operational leadership within a dynamic ICU, ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate and evidence-based patient care.
Lead and develop a skilled nursing team through coaching, mentoring, performance development and fostering a positive workplace culture.
