As an Intake Specialist, your work directly impacts our participants' journey to achieving greater independence, confidence and quality of life. You’re the friendly guide, the problem-solver and the organiser who makes everything run smoothly so our clinicians can focus on delivering exceptional care.
Your role:

Full time, permanent position.

Working hours are Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Be the first point of contact for our participants and their support network, responding to phone and email inquiries.

Schedule and arrange appointments for our Allied Health Professionals; keeping things running smoothly.

Set up service agreements, conduct risk assessments and manage waitlists.

Keep our database up to date and help with documentation.

Provide excellent customer service while supporting the people who need us most.

With your tech-savviness, strong organisational skills and love for ticking off tasks, you stay on top of everything. Whether communicating in writing or over the phone, you excel in clear and professional communication.
You enjoy the energy of a fast-paced environment and are always ready to take on new challenges. If you’ve had experience in admin, healthcare, or customer service, that’s a bonus! But don't worry, we're happy to provide training for the right person.
