Full Job Description

About the Role
This role involves more than general administration. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with parents, students, and tutors on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities may include:

Communicating with parents regarding student enrolments, class arrangements, and learning progress
Coordinating tutor schedules and class timetables
Assisting with new student enquiries and consultations
Supporting ongoing communication between tutors and families
Managing online marketing and social media content
General administrative and office support duties

Requirements

Previous experience in the education industry or a similar admin/customer service role preferred (approximately 2+ years preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional, and responsible attitude
Korean and/or Chinese language skills are highly preferred
