We are now seeking an experienced Treatment and Patient Coordinator to join our team—a pivotal role that combines patient care with exceptional sales and communication skills.
About the Role
As a Treatment and Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their journey toward their dream smile. This is a role where your ability to connect with people, provide tailored solutions, and support patients throughout their treatment will make a meaningful impact.

What We’re Looking For
- Dental Treatment Coordinator Experience: Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
- Sales Experience: If you don’t have dental experience, a strong background in sales (5+ years) is essential, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional Communication: You have outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex treatments in a way that’s clear and relatable.
- Customer-Centric Approach: You are warm, empathetic, and focused on providing an exceptional patient experience.
- Organizational Skills: You can manage appointments, follow-ups, and treatment plans with precision and efficiency.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the success of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Consultations: Guide patients through their treatment options with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Treatment Planning: Coordinate and communicate treatment plans, ensuring patients feel informed and supported.
- Sales and Conversions: Utilise your sales expertise to help patients confidently choose the best solutions for their needs.
- Scheduling and Follow-Ups: Manage appointments and ensure seamless patient experiences from start to finish.
