About the role

We have an opportunity for an Executive Officer – Professional Standards to be part of our Professional Standards, Traffic & Highway Patrol Command. The Executive Officer – Professional Standards provides high level advice and support to the Region/Command/Business Unit in the management of administrative procedures relating to complaint and disciplinary matters, and oversight of the audit and training functions for professional standards.

Describe your recent experience managing compliance, governance, and audit functions, with particular emphasis on how you have handled complaints management, including assessment, triage, investigation and continuous improvement outcomes?

Describe your experience using misconduct information systems, including how you record, manage, and monitor cases? What systems and programs have you used to support your work in administration, compliance, or case management, and how have you applied them to ensure accuracy, efficiency, confidentiality, and compliance? Please provide specific examples.
