Hawkesbury campus with flexible working arrangements.

Salary: $118,969 – $132,069 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.
Coordinate complex programs, governance and reporting that support the Pay Confidence Program.
The Opportunity
You will provide high-level coordination and oversight across complex programs and projects that support the Pay Confidence Program within the Division of the Chief Operating Officer.
You will manage program schedules, align resources, support delivery milestones and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. Your work will help ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and to agreed quality standards.
You will analyse data, prepare reports, develop recommendations and provide executive advice to support informed decision-making. You will also contribute to governance, compliance and risk management activities, helping maintain program integrity across changing priorities and operational requirements.

Program milestones, schedules and outputs are coordinated and delivered to agreed timeframes.

Stakeholders receive clear advice, communication and support across program activities.

Data analysis and reporting provide useful insights for senior leaders and governance committees.

Governance, compliance and risk requirements are managed throughout program delivery.

Executive advice, briefing papers and recommendations are accurate, timely and fit for purpose.

About You

A relevant degree with extensive experience in program or project coordination, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience interpreting data and preparing high-level reports.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Knowledge of governance, compliance and risk management principles.
