Role Summary
We're seeking an outstanding Athletics Coach to help deliver PDHPE lessons to primary school students in the Marsden Park area, starting Term 3, 2026.
You'll be joining a passionate team of coaches and teachers who are committed to making every lesson fun, energetic, and impactful for kids. Our team takes pride in helping students develop a positive attitude, build athletic skills, and grow in confidence.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable coaching experience in a supportive, inclusive, and fun environment — all while helping young students discover what they're truly capable of on the track and field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day teaching, learning and instruction.
- Instructing students in the delivery of various physical education programs
- Implementing high quality age-appropriate lessons for primary school children.
- Promotion of the Fit Futures Brand to grow the company.
- Unlock students' true potential, preparing them for unlimited success.
- Engage effectively with students, teaching staff, and colleagues, aligning with Fit Futures philosophy.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of coaching experience
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Available during school hours, 8:30am–3:30pm
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred but not required:
- Gymnastics/Athletics/FMS/Ball Skills teaching experience: 1 year
- Level 1 or higher coaching accreditation in Gymnastics and Athletics particularly.
- Driver's Licence and own transport
