Be part of a fast-paced, friendly team. You'll prepare high volumes of fresh sandwiches and food items for both café service and catering orders.
We're looking for help with preparation of sandwiches for catering orders as well as sandwiches for sale in the cafe. Ideally you would be skilled in efficient large-batch preparation, precise portion control and recipe scaling.
Your Role Includes:
- Ingredient Preparation: Wash, cut, and prepare fresh ingredients with care and consistency.
- Assembly & Presentation: Assemble sandwiches and meals with attention to detail, ensuring high quality and visual appeal.
- Operational Support: Assist with labeling, picking, packing, and other kitchen tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Efficiency: Work quickly and accurately within established kitchen procedures and systems.
- Independence & Reliability: Follow instructions precisely while working independently with minimal supervision.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively, be punctual and dependable, and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
