Trainee Educator (Certificate III Traineeship)

Location: Little Bees Childcare Rosebery, Sydney
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Hours: Rotating shifts between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm

Little Bees Childcare Centre is a privately owned and operated early childhood education service located in Sydney. We pride ourselves on making high-quality education accessible to all children. Our educators are the foundation of everything we do, working together to ensure every child has the learning, development and wellbeing outcomes they need for school and life.

We are excited to offer an enthusiastic and motivated individual the opportunity to begin their career in early childhood education through a Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care Traineeship.

As a Trainee Educator, you will be supported by experienced and qualified educators who will teach, guide and mentor you throughout your 18-month traineeship. You will complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), combining independent study with practical, on-the-job learning and dedicated mentoring at the service.

What You'll Need

A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for working with children.
A current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.
Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
Reliability, flexibility and the ability to work rotating shifts between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Self-motivation and commitment to successfully complete your Certificate III studies.
A willingness to work across a variety of shifts. We will always do our best to accommodate your preferences.
