Position Summary:

Responsible for the co-ordination of the HR activities, programs and initiatives - creating a space for associates to gather and belong
Assist with the onboarding of new associates and prepare employment contracts
Assist with all areas of recruitment whilst following Marriott’s talent acquisition requirements
Liase with other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience
Complete all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the Human Resources Team – inviting, welcoming and connecting with each associate
Support the team with TakeCare events and activities, creating a caring community that empowers associates to grow and reach their full potential.
Complete Human Resources administration tasks and offer general support to the team

Relevant experience in a similar role
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
