Location: Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne
Faculty: Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences (MDHS)
School : Melbourne Dental School (MDS)
Salary: UoM 5 - $86,943 - $99,864 plus 17% super

Your next career opportunity
In this role, you will administer key academic programs and processes that support Melbourne Dental School programs . You will c ollaborate with key stakeholders including academics, professional staff and students to deliver a seamless, compliant student lifecycle. You will also contribute to process improvements that enhance program quality, student experience and operational efficiency.

What you will deliver:

Provide end-to-end administrative support across the student lifecycle ( e.g. admissions, enrolment, assessments, results and Board of Examiners processes ) .
Respond to student enquiries with accurate advice ( e.g. academic progress, policies, special consideration and misconduct matters ) .
Administer and deliver student events, including orientation, award ceremonies, Open Day and information sessions.
Interpret and a pply University and School policies to manage cases, resolve issues and escalate complex matters appropriately.
Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing procedures, streamlining processes and sharing feedback within the Academic Programs team.

You may be a great fit if you:

Hold a degree and /or bring relevant experience in academic programs or complex administrative coordination roles.
Demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills, managing multiple deadlines and priorities with attention to detail.
Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, providing high-quality advice and documentation to diverse stakeholders.
Use MS Word and Excel confidently, and adapt quickly to enterprise systems such as LMS , StudentOne , and oth er student a dministration prog rams .
Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment in a busy clinical school setting.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support change that enhances the student experience.
