Registered Nurse - Community Mental Health Team

About the role

Do you have experience in Mental Health and have a keen interest inworking with clients in the community providing acute mental health care? The Mental Health Drug and Alcohol Registered Nurse is one of the most fulfilling roles within the healthcare sector. You will be providing consumer focussed MH care for adults aged between 18 – 65yrs old in a rural setting.

Work hours are Monday to Friday – 830am to 5pm. You will not be required to work on Public Holidays or weekends.

A typical workday involves clinical care planning, and multi-disciplinary service co-ordination in the form of case management for consumers requiring acute and complex mental health intervention in the community.

You will be supported by a multi-disciplinary team in the provision of these services including carer/family support.
