Full Job Description

Twin Green Healthcare is excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a rewarding and long-term career in the healthcare domain with industry experience but we do accept applicants without experience but with the willingness to learn.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll play an important role in providing exceptional service to our patients. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Scheduling appointments and managing patient bookings.
Handling billings, invoices, and Medicare claims.
Answering patient inquiries with professionalism and care.
Providing administrative support and coordinating correspondence.
Working closely with doctors, staff, and allied health professionals to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and team members.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

While prior experience with Medicare and PMS is helpful, it’s not essential.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $26.00 – $35.00 per hour
