Overview
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our ongoing growth by delivering proactive and strategic talent solutions. You’ll partner closely with business leaders to understand their current and future talent needs, while building robust talent pipelines and communities.
This role will see you specialising in recruitment for insurance claims handling roles, a critical area of our business. You’ll leverage your expertise to attract top talent for roles such as claims consultants, assessors, and other key positions that support our clients and drive our success.

How you'll make an impact
No two days will be the same, but here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be responsible for:
Strategic Talent Partnering: Build deep relationships with business leaders to understand their talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Specialised Recruitment: Focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent for specialist insurance claims handling roles, ensuring we attract the best candidates for these critical positions.
Proactive Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging social media and other tools to engage top talent and grow talent communities.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Engagement: Conduct behavioural interviews and Assessment Centres and guide the selection process to secure the best talent for the business.
Consultative Advice: Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market insights, and talent strategies.
Early Talent Initiatives: Collaborate on programs to attract and nurture early talent, ensuring a strong pipeline for future recruitment needs.
Project Involvement: Contribute to key Talent and People & Culture (P&C) projects that enhance our recruitment processes and employer brand.
About you
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Proven Experience: A strong background in internal recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the insurance or professional services sector.
Specialisation in Claims Recruitment: Experience recruiting for insurance claims handling roles (e.g., claims consultants, assessors, or similar positions) will be highly regarded however is not essential
Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated experience in delivering both strategic and volume/project recruitment solutions.
Proactive Sourcing Expertise: A deep understanding of sourcing methodologies and the ability to build and engage talent communities.
Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with business stakeholders and P&C teams.
Tech-Savvy: Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and leveraging social media for recruitment.
Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
Passion for Early Talent: A genuine interest in working with early talent programs and initiatives.
