We are seeking an experienced baker to join the Parap cheesecake bakery on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, mix and bake cheesecakes in accordance with the bakery's in-house recipes and quality standards
Decorate and finish cake products
Prepare the bakery for early morning opening, ensure display cabinets are fully stocked
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards and assist with stock rotation and maintaining a clean and organised work area

Requirements:

Cake baking qualifications (or at least 2 years' commercial cake baking experience)
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, food safety and cleanliness, ensuring the bakery, equipment and work areas are kept clean and comply with all food safety requirements
Strong teamwork and customer service skills.

Pay: $77,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
