McMahon Services is seeking Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers to support the delivery of current and future civil infrastructure and building construction projects across the Northern Territory.

About the Role
Working across civil infrastructure and building construction projects, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering project outcomes safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Depending on your experience, you will work closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and commercial functions to support all aspects of project delivery, from planning and procurement through to construction and completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Project engineering, planning and coordination
- Contract administration and procurement support
- Cost tracking, forecasting and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements
- Coordinating stakeholders, subcontractors and consultants
- Supporting efficient project delivery and achieving key milestones
Senior Project Engineers will also provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members and contribute to the successful delivery of larger and more complex projects.
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
- A degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience delivering civil infrastructure and/or building construction projects
- A sound understanding of Australian Standards and WHS requirements
- Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing project team
Senior Project Engineers will have demonstrated experience delivering larger-scale or technically complex projects and leading engineering teams.
