The Opportunity

This isn't a role built around maintaining a brand.

It's a role built around growing one.

As Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the Chobani brand in ANZ at a pivotal point in its journey. Reporting to the General Manager - Marketing and leading a team of three Brand Managers, you'll help shape how the brand grows and how we continue to show up and connect with consumers.

Today, Chobani is one of Australia's most recognised yoghurt brands. But we're thinking well beyond where we are today.

This role will help shape what's next for Chobani. From annual planning and innovation pipelines to future category opportunities and fun and engaging ways to bring our brand to life, you'll work across the business to turn ideas into commercially successful outcomes.

What makes this role different is the breadth of influence.

You'll have the opportunity to influence brand strategy, innovation, portfolio direction and consumer engagement. You'll be given the trust to make decisions, challenge thinking and help steer one of Australia's most successful FMCG brands through its next stage of growth.

It's the kind of role that doesn't come along often. One that combines strategic thinking, commercial influence, people leadership and hands-on delivery in equal measure.

Your Experience

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who understands how brands grow.

You'll likely have developed strong brand foundations within FMCG and have experience owning brands, leading planning cycles, driving innovation and influencing commercial outcomes. More importantly, you'll bring the ability to connect long-term brand ambition with commercial reality.

You're energised by growth opportunities. You enjoy bringing people together around a common direction, navigating ambiguity and balancing what's right for the brand with what's right for the business.

You'll also bring experience leading and developing teams and a genuine enjoyment helping talented people do their best work.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who loves brands, is naturally curious about consumers and gets excited by the opportunity to shape the future of a business that's still growing.
