The Agent’s Reps Certificate and the Driver’s License is essential.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Agent or Property sales professional with a true passion for property acquisition and a track record of delivering outstanding results.

As a Sales Agent at The Company Real Estate, you’ll be actively involved in every stage of the sales process, including:

Prospecting (door-knocking, cold calling, and lead generation)
Liaise with high-net-worth clients regarding their property sale
Work closely with clients/ vendors/buyers from the initial enquiry/contact, conduct market appraisals, viewings, negotiate offers and ensure the transaction runs smoothly through to completion
Build strong relationships with the client and industry stakeholders to create networking and sourcing opportunities.
Manage vendor and buyer inquiries, as well as communication with solicitors.
Build and manage a client database.
Perform data entry tasks.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A passion for property, people and community
Experience in a sales-driven role with KPIs and targets
Self-motivated, results-driven attitude
Proven negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
A talent for quickly establishing trusting relationships, creating new business opportunities and managing sales funnels independently
Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed in the industry.
A minimum qualification of an Agent’s Rep Certificate / Cert IV in Real Estate Practice.
A valid driver’s license and a reliable car (availability to work Saturdays is essential)
