Administrative Assistant – Concrete Sleepers NSW

Concrete Sleepers NSW is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is a Monday to Friday role based in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. If you’re organised, confident, and thrive under pressure, we want to hear from you.

About the Role
You’ll play a key role in keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly, supporting both admin and sales functions.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing general administrative tasks and office coordination
Handling customer enquiries (phone, email, in-person)
Processing orders, invoices, and data entry
Assisting with sales support and customer follow-ups
Working with accounting software (Xero) for invoicing and record-keeping
Liaising with suppliers, drivers, and customers
Maintaining accurate records and documentation

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in an administrative role (preferred but not essential.)
Strong experience using Xero (preferred but not essential)
Previous sales or customer service experience (highly regarded)
Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
