Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team. Our team is driven to maximise the performance of our client’s assets by providing an integrated solution that seamlessly connects leasing, marketing, property management and facilities management all through one point of contact.

This key role will be responsible for effectively managing and maximising the performance of this portfolio on behalf of our client. The main responsibilities of this role include:

Overseeing the presentation, maintenance and compliance of the portfolio.
Building and maintaining close relationships with the client and tenants of the assets.
Assist the client with the leasing of the portfolio, achieving and maintaining a zero-vacancy level.
Preparation of all related contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentation.
Proactively managing the income and expenditure, as well as the financial reporting requirements for the client.
Supervision of tenancy fit outs to ensure consistency and compliance with building objectives.
Communicate frequently with the client and all tenants and provide timely relevant and professional advice in all aspects of the management of the property.

Qualifications

3 + years’ experience in Commercial & / or Industrial property management, including a thorough understanding of leasing practices, legislation, procedures and terminology.
Valid Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License.
Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends.
Previous use of MRI management system (or similar) is highly regarded.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills is required.
