Location: Lord Anson Hotel

Lord Anson Hotel is seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel. We are looking for a dedicated professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the hotel efficiently.
Lead, supervise, and motivate hotel staff.
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
Oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance operations.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Recruit, train, and develop team members.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in budgeting, financial management, and operational planning.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
A qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
