We're looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager who is ready to lead from the front, inspire a team, and help deliver memorable experiences every day. What you'll be doing

As Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the venue. Your responsibilities will include:

Working alongside our chefs to develop innovative and commercially successful menus.
Leading the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional service and a seamless guest experience.
Planning and coordinating events and functions, including weddings and regional food and wine events.
Managing budgets, purchasing, and pricing to maximise profitability.
Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Overseeing daily financial reconciliations and reporting.
Ensuring the restaurant operates safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Maintaining compliance with all health and safety requirements.
Recruiting, training, mentoring, and supporting team members.
Creating a positive workplace culture where people enjoy coming to work.
Welcoming guests, managing reservations, and assisting with service whenever required.

What we offer

Full-time position (average 38 hours per week).
Salary starting at $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation, depending on experience.
