Audit Administration Assistant
Mental Health Drug & Alcohol (MHDA) – Orange Health Campus

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Audit Administration Assistant to deliver high‑quality customer service and reliable administrative support across Mental Health Drug & Alcohol (MHDA) with Western NSW LHD.

Within the role you will provide respectful and helpful assistance to patients, staff and members of the public, ensuring timely access to people and services while contributing to a positive experience of the organisation. You will support the smooth operation of the unit by completing a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks and assist with more complex duties or projects as required to maintain efficiency and service quality.

Working closely with the Clinical Practice and Risk Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating, documenting and monitoring compliance activities, with a strong focus on Work Health & Safety, Security Improvement Audits (SIAT), accreditation processes and clinical improvement initiatives.

MHDA – Orange campus provides a diverse range of inpatient services including child and adolescent care, forensic rehabilitation, mental health intensive care, adult acute care, older persons’ acute care and various non‑acute units. Successful applicants will participate in a comprehensive orientation program and complete any additional training required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role, joining a professional team committed to safe, high‑quality care.
