You’ve seen the headlines. You’ve heard the hype. The Reject Shop is now part of global retail leader Dollarama, and we’re preparing for a major transformation in 2026. With store conversions, a refreshed customer experience and plans to grow to 700 stores, we’re building strong teams now to lead the change.

Salamander Bay is part of that journey, and we’re looking for a hands-on Retail Store Manager to take the lead. This is your chance to step into a leadership role now and help shape the future of The Reject Shop. You’ll bring energy, purpose and a people-first mindset to your store, while driving operational excellence and building a team that’s ready to deliver great results and embrace what’s ahead.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead from the front and create a high-energy, inclusive culture where your team feels empowered and customers feel welcomed
Be hands-on in your approach, supporting your team on the floor and setting the standard for service and execution
Drive store performance through strong operational execution and achieving sales targets
Champion customer service and ensure every customer walks away with a great experience
Develop and inspire your team to grow into confident, capable retail leaders
Keep it safe by ensuring your team and store operate in a safe and supportive environment
Problem-solve day-to-day challenges with confidence and calm

What you bring:

Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer-focused role
A natural ability to motivate and influence — you get the best out of people
Strong communication and organisational skills
A passion for customer service and team development
