Full Job Description

Description:
In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for our valued residents.

About the role:

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all common areas, including lounges, dining rooms, activity rooms, and hallways.
Clean resident rooms thoroughly, ensuring resident privacy and respecting belongings.
Disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly to prevent the spread of germs.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other designated areas.
Refill dispensers with soap, paper towels, and other supplies.
Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Participate in team cleaning tasks and follow company cleaning protocols.
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards residents and staff.

You'll be a great fit if you:

Have at least 12 months experience cleaning in a commercial or healthcare setting (preferred).
Are a highly motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
Possess excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality cleaning.
Are compassionate and patient, with a genuine interest in the well-being of seniors.
Are a good team player with excellent communication skills.
Are able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Current Police Check (or willing to obtain one before employment commences)
