Barista/ All Rounder - casual

Merlo Coffee began 30 years ago with a simple philosophy – freshly roasted coffee served by people who are passionate about coffee.

Today, Merlo is proud to be one of Australia’s leading independently owned and operated coffee roasters, who supply the public, our own Merlo Coffee stores and 1,600 cafes and restaurants with freshly roasted coffee around the country every day.

We are looking for people who are passionate about quality coffee and excellent customer service. This exciting opportunity is ideal for those looking to expand and grow their knowledge in the coffee industry!

About you…

Previous Barista & customer service experience within the café/hospitality industry.
A genuine love of customer service – this means making customers happy and striving to keep them coming back.
A passion for coffee – some of the team are a little obsessed with single origin beans, educating customers about out Bean of the Month and talking up our latest coffee gadgets – others just love the taste.
A great attitude – that means they enjoy making others smile and like to say "Yes".
Available approx. 20hrs per week.
