LOQUITA TAQUERIA is hunting for an ambitious Chef / Kitchen Manager to run the show at Garema Place, located in the heart of Canberra.

This is not your average kitchen gig. There is no line structure, no delegation, and nowhere to hide!

We need a one-person culinary powerhouse—or a hungry Sous Chef ready for the ultimate step up—who thrives on absolute autonomy and is ready to crush a fast-paced, high-energy environment entirely on their own terms.

You are the kitchen. From the morning prep to the final taco of the night, you will own the entire lifecycle. If you are a Sous Chef tired of waiting for your boss to move, or an experienced operator who loves the adrenaline of running a tight ship without anyone getting in your way, this is your playground.
