Position: Community Care Worker
Location: Across NCN Health
EFT/Hours: 0.4 EFT (32 Hours Per Fortnight) / Casual
Status: Permanent Part Time / Casual
Hourly Rate: Depending on qualifications and experience plus 12% superannuation plus casual loading.
About the Role
NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for a Community Care Worker to join our team.
The Community Care Worker will provide a range of quality services aimed at providing support and assistance to frail older people, people with a disability and their carers so that they can maintain their skills, independence, social connection and quality of life within their home and community.
About You

Vaccination against seasonal Influenza (mandatory)

Vaccination against Covid-19 (recommended)

Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Ageing Support, Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle, Diploma of Nursing, Allied Health Assistant, Health Care Worker qualifications or equivalent.

Commitment to enhancing the quality of life of frail aged people, people with disabilities and their carers.

Demonstrated ability to empower clients to participate in decision making and activity planning.
