About the Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Brisbane South team on a Full-Time basis.

Shifts are worked between 6:00am and 6:00pm (7.6-hour shifts) Monday to Friday. Whilst you will have a primary location, this role will be required from time to time to support clinics across our region including Mater, Meadowbrook, Annerley and Goodna.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
Operate our booking system efficiently.
Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, auditing, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.

About You

In addition to your passion for excellent customer service and organisational skills, you will bring:

Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
Flexibility in working hours.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care.
Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
Adaptability to various databases and systems.
