Full Job Description

Role description

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Product Digital Experience Campaign Lead to own the digital journey of our customers. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product management and digital growth marketing. You will launch multi-channel campaigns that introduce new product features, increase active usage, and maximise customer lifetime value across our digital touchpoints (web, app, and portal).

The Product Digital Experience Campaign Lead designs, executes, and optimises end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to drive product adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Design multi-channel campaigns across multiple channels like web, search, social, email, paid media, etc.
Map user journeys to deliver personalized digital experiences at critical conversion steps.
Own the launch calendar for new product features, updates, and regional rollouts.
Coordinate asset production including landing pages, copy, and visuals with creative teams.

Product Experience & Optimisation

Improve digital funnels by reducing friction and finding drop-off points in the user journey.
Run A/B testing on landing pages, CTA placements, and email subject lines to lift conversion.
Personalize web content based on user cohorts, industries, and behavioural data.

Analytics & Data Insights

Track key performance metrics including adoption rates, churn, click-through rates, and ROI.
Build dashboard summaries using GA4, Looker Studio, etc. for leadership updates.
Turn data into action by adjusting campaign targeting based on actual user behaviour.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years managing digital campaigns, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments.
Proven success in improving activation rates or driving product feature adoption.
CRM & Automation: Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce or Marketo.
Product Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), DXP platform like Drupal, SitePro, etc.
Web CMS & Testing: Comfort using Drupal, Sitecore, WordPress, etc.
Agile Management: Experience using Jira to manage campaign timelines.
Cross-functional leadership to collaborate smoothly with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Developers.
Strong copywriting skills to ensure consistent brand voice across digital channels.
Sharp problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical funnel issues independently.
