Your position is part of the multi-disciplinary Child Adolescent Youth Mental Health Team located in Nowra and provides evidence based assessment, information and treatment for children, adolescents and their families in the Shoalhaven District. This may involve brief interventions, assessment, initiating and managing planned treatment options, consultation and referral to other agencies for crisis management. It includes delivering a range of intervention strategies including individual, family, group work and early intervention programmes.
The role will involve conducting psychological research and evaluation of projects as required and collaborating with senior clinicians to implement research projects that can be disseminated and applied in clinical practice.

- Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- A Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology or other recognised clinical area in psychology. The postgraduate qualifications must be of no less than two years full time duration (or part-time equivalent) and include professional clinical coursework, clinical training and supervised placement experience as core components.
- Valid NSW Drivers Licence
