- Ensures assigned projects are delivered to a very high quality and measurable KPI’s.
- Manage designated project budgets, schedule and quality using Climax’s Project Management Processes.
- Ensure high level communication and engagement with stakeholders, including team and client meetings.
- Effectively manage exposure to risk through implementation of effective risk identification and controls and quality assurance.
- Effectively manage project cash flow by ensuring project invoicing is accurately forecast and handled in a timely manner.
- Ensure all work is performed safely according to Climax’s WHS management system.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience excelling in a similar position
- Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing and education Project Management for construction
- Extensive experience in managing successful HVAC projects
- Exceptional all-round communication skills
- High degree of computer literacy
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritise, manage deadlines and work well under pressure
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Knowledge of project management practices such as PMBOK or Prince2
