What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Provide administrative support to Project Managers (internally and externally).
Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) from Project Managers, Internal Stakeholders and Defence.
Review Project Handover Takeover documentation and provide quality control feedback as required, including validation of accurate project data, drawings, operation & maintenance manuals and related documentation.
Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting tools to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Support the management of Defects associated with projects during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
Support communication and engagement across internal teams, Defence, Project Managers and external partners.
Visits to project sites and attendance at project meetings will be required.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project documentation and data meets the requirements of Defence.
What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated experience in project coordination or administrative support roles.
Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
