Your Role

Bring your positivity and can do attitude to a team that feels like family. This rewarding role focuses on empowering people living with disability to build independence and stay connected to their local communities. Your Responsibility
Provide hands-on support in daily living, personal care, and community participation.
Foster independence and build confidence in those you support.
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver person-centred care.
Uphold the highest standards of care under NDIS guidelines.
You Will Need

✔ First Aid (within last 3 years) and CPR (within last 12 months)

✔Certificate III in Disabilities (or equivalent).
✔ Experience in person-centred disability support.
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔ NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate & NDIS New Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
