About the role:
As a Corporate Concierge, you’ll support a high profile site in Darwin, stepping into key positions as needed. This role offers variety, responsibility, and exposure to different environments and clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Front-of-house concierge and access control
- Greeting and assisting tenants, contractors, and visitors
- Responding to incidents and emergency situations
- De-escalation and conflict resolution
- Writing clear and accurate incident reports
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Current NT Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Experience in corporate or concierge security (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and ability to engage with high-profile clients
- Reliable, adaptable, and proactive mindset
- Availability to work a rotating roster (days/nights/weekends as required)
- Full working rights in Australia
