Love creating great food? Want to work by the water in a relaxed yet vibrant venue? bellaBAR, located in the stunning Darwin Waterfront Precinct, is looking for a talented chef to join our team for the upcoming season—with the opportunity for long-term employment for the right candidate.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in flavour, presentation, and efficiency. We’re searching for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, enjoys working with a team, and wants to be part of a venue where their ideas and creativity are valued.

What We’re Looking For:

Confident & Proactive – You take initiative, stay organized, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Experience & Skill – Minimum 4 years in a commercial kitchen, with strong cooking techniques.
Passion for Food – You care about presentation, taste, and making every dish memorable.
Cool Under Pressure – Able to handle busy services and maintain quality.
Clean & Organized – You understand food safety and keep a tidy kitchen.
Great Team Player – Works well with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Food Safety Certification – Required for the role.
