Role Responsibilities
You will provide executive level strategic advice and management on the development and delivery of major capital projects
across the Corporation in order to achieve the strategic objectives of Territory Generation.
Your accountabilities include:
1) Provide executive level strategic advice on the development and delivery of major capital projects across the
Corporation.
2) Provide executive level management to major construction projects and develop and implement strategies and
policies to support major construction projects.
3) Lead the effective and efficient management of the on time, on budget and safe delivery of the major capital projects
program.
4) Lead the development and management of project strategies, planning and implementation (schedules, design,
contracting and procurement methodologies, Operations and Maintenance plans and contracts etc).
5) Provide professional input the development of complex Business Cases on Major Projects and New Energy projects.
6) Provide executive level leadership and strategic direction to the Major Projects Delivery Group and the staff within the
group in order to achieve the strategic objectives of Territory Generation in major projects.
7) Ensure positive safety behaviours are embedded across the team and that safety and environmental KPIs are achieved
in compliance with the Safety and Environmental Management plans.
8) Maintain and enhance relationships with key stakeholders to project a positive image of Territory Generation
internally and externally.
9) Actively model Territory Generation’s Values and behave in a manner that is consistent with the Code of Conduct in
order to drive a constructive culture.
10) Carry out duties in accordance with Territory Generation’s safety, environmental and quality policies, safety principles,
corporate values and strategies.

capital projects across the Corporation.
2) Ability to provide executive level management to major construction projects and develop and implement strategies
and policies to support major construction projects.
3) High level ability to effectively lead project management teams in achieving technical, financial and operational
objectives.
4) Proven executive level leadership skills with the ability to obtain wide support and commitment to the achievement of
major projects across the Northern Territory.
5) High level knowledge of the development and delivery of major construction projects and programs and project
portfolio management.
6) Highly effective financial analysis and management skills.
7) Superior interpersonal skills particularly in communication, collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution in order
to balance competing demands and influence outcomes.
8) Demonstrated analytical, strategic thinking and critical/logical reasoning skills with a focus on process improvement
and change management through quality practices.
9) High level of demonstrated understanding and experience of safety, quality and environmental issues associated with
an industrial environment.
10) Ability to carry out duties in accordance with Territory Generation’s safety, environmental and quality policies and
corporate values and strategies.
