Full Job Description

Qualified Electrician – Solar & Battery Systems

We are a growing family-owned electrical business based in the Northern Rivers region and are seeking a motivated and experienced Electrician to join our team.

This role offers a diverse range of work across residential, commercial, and agricultural sectors. You will work both independently and as part of a small, supportive team, undertaking the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar and battery systems, along with a variety of general electrical work.

Our projects range from local jobs close to home through to solar and battery installations in rural and remote communities across Australia. Some projects may require working away from home for periods of up to two weeks at a time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys travel, variety, and hands-on work. You'll have the chance to explore regional Australia, work on meaningful renewable energy projects, and help deliver energy solutions to communities in remote locations.

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and hard-working electrician with solar industry experience who is eager to be part of a growing business with strong future opportunities.

Essential Requirements

Current unrestricted Driver Licence
Ability to drive a manual vehicle
Ability to tow a trailer
Minimum 4 years' electrical industry experience
Current White Card
Comfortable working at heights
Ability and willingness to travel and work away from home, including occasional remote locations

Highly Desirable

Current NSW Electrical Licence
Solar Accreditation
Battery Accreditation
Working at Heights certification
