Creative & Production Agency | Sydney (Hybrid)

Full-time fixed term contract (3 months) with the possibility to extend

We’re looking for a talented Midweight Graphic Designer to join our creative team at a fast-paced creative and production agency. You’ll play a key role in bringing brands to life across live events, activations, and production environments.

About the role

This is a hands-on design role where you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality creative across print and digital applications. Working closely with the Design Director, you’ll be working within established brand systems, often adapting and extending them across full event ecosystems including conferences, activations, branded experiences, and supporting content.

We’re not a typical agency. We work in a highly flexible, self-driven way where trust, ownership, and output matter more than rigid processes. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that values great work, clear thinking, and getting things done well.

You’ll collaborate closely with producers and creative leads to deliver work that is both visually compelling and production-ready under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

Design and produce print and digital artwork for events, conferences, activations, and branded experiences
Interpret and apply brand guidelines consistently across multiple deliverables
Prepare accurate, print-ready files
Develop and adapt conference content including presentations, signage systems, and supporting materials
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers where required

What we’re looking for:

3 - 5+ years’ experience within agency or brand environments
Strong attention to detail
Strong portfolio showcasing both branding and event collateral
Strong craft design skills with excellent typography and layout
Experience across both print and digital design

Skills and experience required:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Strong working knowledge of PPT and Keynote
Solid understanding of print production processes and file setup
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines accurately
Ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects
Experience in events, experiential, or agency environments (desirable)

Your portfolio should demonstrate both strong creative thinking and precise execution.

Salary $80,000 - $85,000 + Super (depending on experience, pro rata for contract period)
