Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer service over the phone to supporters of our long-term charity clients.
Represent and advocate for charities focused on humanitarian, environmental, medical, animal, and social causes.
Engage donors in meaningful conversations to cultivate trusting, long-term relationships.
Utilise our Contact Centre solution to make calls and accurately manage donor data for multiple charities.
Work effectively as part of a team within a contact centre environment to meet shared goals.
Achieve customer service KPIs related to productivity and quality consistently.
Provide specialised services to donors, addressing their questions and resolving issues as needed.

Requirements

A genuine desire to help those in need and contribute positively to the community.
Strong interest in philanthropy and charity work with a passion for making a difference.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse donor communities over the phone.
Demonstrated resilience and problem-solving skills when handling objections or challenging situations.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to learn continuously and develop personal and professional skills.
Ability to follow processes accurately when capturing and managing donor information.
