Roles we're recruiting for

We recruit across multiple levels. Tell us where you are, and we'll talk about where you could go.

Early Childhood Educator — Enrolled in or holding a Certificate III. You're building your skills in a room alongside experienced educators, contributing observations, supporting children through routines, and learning from a team that genuinely invests in the people around them.

What life looks like at 360

Pay and conditions Salaries are paid above award across all roles, in line with the Federal Government's Worker Retention Payment. Your qualification level and responsibilities are reflected in your classification from day one, with progression as you grow. ECTs are employed under the Educational Services (Teachers) Award 2020; all other educators are employed under the Children's Services Award 2010.

Formal check-ins at 2–4 weeks, 3 months and 6 months — so you always know where you stand and what support is available
Access to the 360 Learning Platform (Ed App) and a full professional development calendar
For ECTs: support for your progression from Provisional to Full NESA accreditation, including access to an approved mentor
A genuine internal pathway — from Assistant Educator through to Room Leader, Educational Leader, Nominated Supervisor, and beyond. Half our leadership team has grown from within

Warmth and reliability — children need consistent, familiar faces. So do good teams
A reflective mind — you don't need all the answers, just the willingness to keep seeking them
Collaboration — because the best things we do at 360, we do together

Pre-employment screening

Because children's safety is our paramount priority, all successful applicants will be required to complete the following before commencing:

Working With Children Check (NSW) or Working With Vulnerable People registration (ACT), verified before your first day. You must notify 360 immediately in writing if your check status changes at any time
National Police Check — as a broader screening measure complementing the WWCC, required for all child-related roles
NESA accreditation verification (ECT roles, NSW) or equivalent teacher registration check — confirmed on the NESA online register, not solely from documentation provided
Prohibited persons register check via the NQA ITS
Qualification verification — all qualifications independently checked, including ACECQA approval status and RTO validity
Two structured verbal reference checks conducted directly with your previous supervisors or colleague.
Signed Declaration of Disciplinary and Investigative History and acknowledgement of your Child Safe Code of Conduct obligations
Mandatory national child safety training, to be completed during induction. All ECEC workers are required to complete the foundation modules by 27 August 2026

Please also note that personal devices are not permitted while working directly with children at any 360 service.

Section 174AA obligation: Under the Education and Care Services National Law (NSW), all educators and staff are legally required to notify their approved provider in writing within 72 hours of receiving a negative notice, or within 24 hours of becoming aware of any change to their Working With Children Check status, NESA accreditation, or teacher registration — whichever is earlier. This applies to any change, including conditions imposed, suspension, or lapse.
