This centralised talent pool connects your expertise in Emergency, Mental Health, or Aged Care with our diverse rural facilities in locations like Emerald, Biloela, and Woorabinda. By submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI), you'll join our talent pool of dedicated Registered Nurses for consideration as suitable opportunities arise across Central Queensland.

About the Role:
Deliver high-quality nursing care across diverse rural clinical settings.
Lead clinical responses and patient management in high-autonomy environments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure positive health outcomes.
Maintain professional standards and accurate documentation in line with AHPRA.
Foster strong community relationships through compassionate and inclusive care.
About you:
You are are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
You possess clinical skills and experience within your chosen field (e.g., Emergency, Mental Health, Aged Care).
You thrive in autonomous environments and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
You demonstrate a commitment to the values of care, integrity, and excellence.
You are passionate about making a difference in rural and remote communities.
What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $124,741 p.a. is comprised of:

An hourly rate between $42.98 - $55.13 p.h.
An hourly rate between $53.73 - $68.92 p.h. (incl 25% casual loading)
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
17.5% leave loading
