We’re opening our brand-new Penrith venue and are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Events Coordinator to join our growing team. Entertainment Park is an indoor entertainment venue featuring go-karting, bowling, arcade games, mini golf, simulators, party rooms, and a fully licensed café — creating exciting experiences for guests of all ages.
From birthday parties and corporate functions to team-building events, school groups, bucks & hens celebrations, and Christmas parties, your role will be to help create memorable experiences from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, coordinate, and host events from enquiry through to completion
- Liaise with guests to organise bookings, catering, activities, and event schedules
- Ensure smooth event operations including food service, room setup, entertainment, and customer experience
- Be hands-on during events to ensure every detail runs seamlessly
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support venue operations where required
- Work closely with café, operations, and management teams to coordinate successful events
- Assist with event administration, confirmations, and customer communications
About You:
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or administration is preferred
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Confident communicator with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays when required
- RSA certification is highly regarded or willingness to obtain one
