About the Role
We are seeking Male Casual Support workers which may lead to PPT.
You will provide support that promotes safety, independence, and emotional stability for participant's with complex behavioural needs. This includes personal care, meal preparation, and supporting participant's to build predictable routines, healthy habits, and meaningful daily structure. You will play a role in implementing behaviour support strategies, maintaining a regulated home environment, and ensure participant's feel supported both at home and in the community.
Key Accountabilities

- Implement behaviour support strategies and uphold safety plans
- Prepare nutritious meals and support healthy routines
- Maintain structure, predictability, and emotional regulation
- Support the development of independent living skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting

Essential Experience & Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in support work, mental health, behaviour support, disability, community services, or a related field.
- Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours, including high intensity or escalated presentations
- Confidence implementing behaviour support plans and de-escalation strategies
- Ability to remain calm, grounded, and solutions focused under pressure
