Lead Educators (Child Care Worker 421111)

KK Admin Pty Ltd is seeking full-time Lead Educators (Child Care Worker 421111) to join our team is various locations. We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education and care.

Our centres are dedicated to ensuring that every child is well-prepared for the journey into school life, fostering not just academic readiness but also social and emotional development.

We focus on fostering children's development through play-based learning, guided by experienced educators who are passionate about shaping young minds. Are you a highly motivated and qualified Diploma Educators?

This is an excellent time to become part of our growing company, dedicated to providing top-quality childcare services.

You will be responsible for:

Supporting a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families.
Supporting the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

Do you possess these qualities and qualifications:

Diploma in early childhood education and care or ACECQA equivalent.
At least 1year of working experience in a similar role.
Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.
Paid working with children check (blue Card).
Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.
Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.
Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.
Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education.
An understanding of EYLF.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.

Working hours:

You must be available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.

The salary on offer is $70,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on skills, qualifications, and experience) plus superannuation.
